Refund Policy

    Refund Policy:
    Our refund/return policy is strict but we are human too and understand sometimes you just need to cancel an order. We will do our best to work with you and keep an open line of communication if a refund or return is needed.
  1. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalized products as they can not be fixed or resold once personalized.
  2. Refunds may occur if an order is cancelled within 24 hours. However, after 24 hours we have already started working on your order but feel free to contact us ASAP if you have changed your mind and we will be more than happy to work with you. 
  3. If your order has already shipped we can not offer a refund till the product has been returned to us. If you wish to return an item you received you must do so at your cost and use the same or similar packaging materials we sent your product in so you are not held responsible for any damage to the returned item.
  4. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the delivery service. Since the pandemic delivery services are heavily understaffed and overwhelmed especially during the holiday season. This not only effects the product we ship but our own delivery of materials needed to create our products too.
  5. All products advertised may have slight differences as each item is hand made and made to order. Ready to Ship product may still have these slight differences as well, the only difference being they do not have a long processing time. These differences are subtle and do not immediately effect the overall design of the cup.
  6. That being said again all items advertised will not be exactly the same as seen on our website due to many factors such as device setting, the item being hand made or website optimization so our site may run smoothly. 
  7. Due to the differences in device settings the product you receive may differ in color and luster slightly compared to the products shown on our website. Let's face it sometimes pictures due no justice to the objects actual beauty.
  8. We inspect and correct any defects prior to shipping items. This may cause a delay in processing/creating times because we want all our products as perfect as possible.
  9. We are not responsible for any defects you may cause by mishandling the product you order. We do know the difference mishandling and product malfunction because we have had creative mishaps before, i.e. we dropped, bumped or mishandled a product or two in our time.
  10. Our packages are insured if lost, stolen or damaged by the delivery service. So if a product is lost, stolen or damaged by the delivery service and they determine it was their fault and issue a refund to us we can either refund you for the item or replace it. Be advised this process does take some time and will take a lot of cooperation and communication between you the delivery service and us. We are always happy to help in this process. The more detailed information we provide to the delivery service the quicker the resolution it seems.
  11. If there is a plausible defect that we may have overlooked or occurred in transit you are welcomed to contact us about the defect and we may replace an item if it was determined to be our fault or fault of the delivery service as explained above in paragraph 9 and 10.
